WARRANTY POLICY

We offer a full 12-month warranty policy for all new products. If you experience any issues within 12 months of delivery, please get in touch with our Customer Care department. They will be happy to assist and explain the necessary steps to take.

If any product supplied by Thietbirobot is defective within the first 5 days, we will replace your item with an equivalent product. If a similar device is not found, we will refund your original payment, including any shipping costs.

If the problem occurs after the first 5 days, our standard warranty terms will apply.

1. Repair, Replace, Refund

In the first instance, we will always attempt to repair your existing product as quickly as possible at one of our repair centers or our partner’s. If repair is not feasible or will take too long, we will replace your item with a comparable product of equal value. If no equivalent product is found, we will refund the original payment, including any shipping costs incurred.

2. Refurbishment, Exchange of New Products & Services

Unless otherwise stated, all products supplied by us are guaranteed to be in good working condition and are covered by a 12-month warranty. All warranties are made by us, not the manufacturer, and will be honored by us. If the item is defective within 12 months of delivery, please return the item for a free repair or replacement.

Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of any such defective product at no cost to our customers. If we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund equal to the amount you originally paid.

In no event shall we be liable for any damages, except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us. We will not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or loss of profits.

3. Repair

– Unless otherwise stated, all products repaired by us are guaranteed to be free from installation damage and defects in materials and are warrantied for 12 months at our facility. If the item is defective within 12 months of delivery, please return the item for a free replacement or repair.

– Our liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, of any such defective product at no cost to our customers. If we determine that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund you the amount you originally paid.

– In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to but not exceeding the amount paid to us. We will not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or loss of profits.

All defective units will be inspected and tested upon return. If it is found to be no fault or if the fault is diagnosed after Thietbirobot has delivered the goods, inspection fees and penalties may be incurred.

These will be at the discretion of Thietbirobot.
